I can see it for federal employees. But a nationwide mandatory quarantine for all private civilians? That is something else entirely.

Thats true. The Fed Gov't might request the states do the same. There is probably some law on the books in most states that allow them to shut down things pretty tight.

I was surprised they lasted as long as they did here in Memphis. Pharmacy aisles hadn't been touched last Wed at a nearby Kroger.

But I'm probably going to make a trip either tomorrow or Tuesday for the routine weekly fruits/veg stuff and I expect to be extremely disappointed in mankind.
