Are you saying that the flu shot somehow makes you more susceptible to get corona or are you saying the if you get corona and have had the flu shot your symptoms will be worse, or both?

A vaccine for an rna + retrovirus? It replicates itself into your dna and changes the cell makeup. That's gonna be difficult.
I have no doubt that soon it will be like any other virus like varicella. Sitting around in your system waiting for the immune system to weaken so it can express itself and spread.
Quarentine for 2 weeks to what end? It'll make rounds again and again in waves. Viruses have a nasty way of finding a way no matter what hosts do. I wouldn't doubt this one has developed a fairly sturdy envelope to exist on surfaces for 9 days.

I normally don’t answer for her ( for obvious reasons lol) but this is one thing we’ve talked about . I think she’s just talking about viruses ability to adapt , change or morph over time as it come into contact with different resistances in general .

For two weeks the POTUS stood in front of the American people and gave no direction except to say that the coronavirus is “a hoax by the democrats.” He did NOTHING of value while health officials urged him otherwise.
