Not true. Novo Nordisk has a factory in Clayton NC. Largest marketshare of insulin world wide.

I got to see the other side of it . This specific corporation i was talking about , has a community first approach that many people don’t get to see . I’ve seen it sponsor uniforms for little league teams that couldn’t afford to buy them , food pantries and soup kitchens filled to overflow , I watched them take over a hundred angels off the angel Christmas tree , we took the competition BBQ cooker 100 miles and fed everyone in Smithville Ms when the F5 wiped the town out . I know you were probably talking about everyday consumer product companies , I can only speak to this company in particular.

I used to sit on a food bank board. If you talk to most food banks in many places. You have to give the younger people canned items since they can’t cook things like bagged beans and rice. So with what you see gone. You will either know if it’s older people purchasing or younger

My Dollar General is a mile from my house. I haven't even thought about checking them out but I will tomorrow sometime.......thanks for the reminder. I like getting coupons from Sunday's paper.

We haven’t checked on any of our grocery stores , I made the mistake last week of going to Walmart , the only thing I can think of is I must like torture every once in a while . Smh

They made 4 different types of liquid insulin when I was there. They put billions into a new API mfg area, then they put millions into making new tablet form stuff.

I hope my posts havent come across the wrong way or anything and if they have I did not mean them to. Just sharing the knowledge about INSULIN MFG only. I agreed with the entirety of the rest of your post.

Please trust me, we can and do, very well btw, manufacture insulin in the US today.

Please nobody buy any stock in this sorry ass company.....I will take one for the team and keep buying it so you dont have to 😎
