I think at this point people are just worried about liability. If they allow something to go on and one person gets ill and dies who knows what the consequences are. We are kind of in a gray area.

I'm not super worried about my 401k because I'm nowhere near retirement. I'm more worried about some cash I had in straight shares that I was just about to get out for various things and now that plan is fawked.
