No one wants to show leadership and be the one to stand up, we live in a country full of cowards

Its leadership to defy the experts and professionals ?

I don't like it any more than you do but if it could keep a couple dozen people from getting it, it's hard to argue.

You seem to adhere to the Trump theory on this.

you probably voted for a coward....you should take the lead. Lead by example....show everyone how it is done, instead of spouting off on a message board.
No I didn't vote for Hillary. I am, I am living my life as normal and not changing one bit. I am going out to eat, I am coming to work. Nothing has changed for me

feeding the fake hysteria is not leadership

Glad we got rid of this loser with his grammatically-correct, coherent logical tweets. HE WAS SO DIVISIVE!

So this may be great in hindsight but you can take this with a grain of salt since he did not use this tactic on a virus that killed almost 4,000 more citizens than the current virus.

H1N1 infections in 2009 (US): 22 million
H1N1 deaths in 2009 (US): 4,000

Corona virus infections in 2020 (US): 1,267
Corona virus deaths in 2020 (US): 38

So was H1N1 worse than Corona Virus?
Which administration handled their pandemic better?

It’s overreaction. Is shutting down everything worth keeping a couple dozen people from getting sick? People get sick all the time for a variety of reasons. Traveling to these events has risk. Flu, aspirin overdose, even getting hit from a golf ball is dangerous.

At the end of the day this is a self licking ice cream cone. We think it’s going to be bad, so we take precautions that make it bad.

The guidance should not be to cancel. The guidance should be if you are old, sick, or have underlying conditions that put you at risk...stay home. Business is open for everybody else.

I wish they would articulate that rather than pretending that tests are readily available.
Turns out the “test kits” that have been “widely distributed” are simply a swab and the container to seal it in after it’s been used to collect a sample. But without a lab to process it and the reagents needed (both of which it seems are in very short supply) the “test kit” is useless.

Is there ANYTHING the .gov can do half as well as the private sector?

The two are neck and neck for producing panic.

There is no way to stop this if a person can be contagious for up to 37 days, and be contagious with zero symptoms. Might as well just go ahead with normal activities. It's like the common cold and the flu. People are going to get it, and some are going to get a really bad case that will hospitalize or even kill them.

Wrong as usual. President is going on with his normal schedule.

Heh. You were saying? Clearly Trump is too stupid to accept the advice of his own counselors... until it's possibly too late.

"After publicly flouting recommendations he stop shaking hands and convening crowds of people, Trump also seemed to acknowledge, perhaps too late, it was time to alter his behavior.

"It's a very strange feeling," he said of a joint decision to abstain from shaking hands with the visiting Irish Taoiseach, in town for annual St. Patrick's Day diplomacy."

your problem is that you mistake ignorance for intelligence, weakness for strength.....you should die to own the libs. Show them that you are ready to get to glory.
