Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

Damn. That’s no good.

No, and it’s not the first report I’ve read that references that issue. Here’s to seriously hoping for some as yet unknown pre-existing something or another causing those residual issue cases and it’s not just solely from this coronavirus damage.

You know how homes sometimes have both old and young people in them. That's the risk. If persons in that household limited their exposure to 10 people per day, vs 50, their risk of contacting someone carrying the virus and transmitting it to an at-risk person is substantially less.

The whole idea, as I understand it, is to prevent eveyone from getting ill at the same time, creating a healthcare crisis
Why is this so hard to understand?

Since you graduated from a Top 5 Law School and are smarter than everyone, where did the virus start?

Best evidence is that it came from bush meat (likely a pangolin or bat) sold in a Wuhan meat market since most of the early cases could be traced to that market.

Seriously?

You go to the game. Bring the virus back. You’re young and healthy, you’re fine.

You interact with your wife and transmit it. She’s young and healthy, she’s fine.

Your wife goes to the bank and transmits it to the teller. The teller is young, she’s fine.

The teller goes and visits her grandmother. Bye bye grandma.
and there is the key..... personal responsibility..... don’t visit grandma during an outbreak

mince again personal responsibility..... if I was taking care of someone at risk..... I would not do anything to put them at risk..... when have we stopped knowing how to take care of ourselves?

Well, what you or I would do, doesn't necessarily amount to common sense to the greater population.

If you feel sick, stay away from others. That should be SOP.
So yes you are in favor of people, who are in close quarters with sick people, ignoring health expert recommendations. You are not to be taken seriously. What part of you will have it, and be communicable, while still feeling well do you not get?

Guys I’ve had a nagging cough and mild fever the last couple of days along with a scratchy throat. How would I know if I have the virus or is it just allergies or a cold. My wife thinks I’m overreacting and it’s nothing. I haven’t traveled overseas only been to Memphis and Nashville and Chattanooga in the last month and a half.
Do you have a fever?
