I had one last spring, thought I was dying even with pain meds. After 40 straight hours of searing pain and no sleep I passed a stone larger than 1/4 inch and some smaller pieces. I wish her a quick recovery and relief from pain.
Good gravy man...mine were tiny compared to 1/4". I am hurting just thinking about that.

Yo, brainiac, do the math and tell me what 10,000/50,000,000 is and tell me how that compares to a 1-3% mortality rate?

This is probably TMI but I was sitting in the toilet trying to pee for the 10th time that hour, only sitting because I was too tired and weak to stand after no sleep for two days, and a flood of liquid and a very audible ding against the porcelain. I fished that sucker out once I saw how big it was.

The pain was incredible but then changed to something hybrid between pain and pressure, both were intense. Hope I never experience that again.

NBA suspended its season. Player tests positive. Is it the media or are they getting advice from medical professionals?
It’s a temporary suspension. Probably a knee jerk reaction but every player on that team will be quarantined for 14 days. And every team they have played in the previous 14 days. So not a knee jerk reaction. I take that back.

Dang...a KS clank against porcelain! That had to be a keeper for sure. Like a moon rock.

From an economic perspective the question has to be considered:

Do you shut everything down for a month. Which would be god awful.

Or is it better to die by a thousand stab wounds and drag it out.

It all depends on how bad you think this can get. And if you listened to any of the scientists who spoke today to congress it’s going to be ugly. On top of that if you look at the countries who were aggressive about it they have faired better then those who did not.

And it’s not over in these countries like China. They have turned a corner but tens of thousands more will still die
