If any of you are unfortunate and get the seasonal flu get a regular size coffee mug and fill it up with warm water, add a tablespoon of lemon juice and finally add in a tablespoon of honey and drink it at least twice a day. It tastes horrible but it will help you heal faster. This is just a little home remedy that works. Take your other meds also, of course.

I have built several homes in East Nashville and have some rentals. One of my good friends is all things real estate

I have built several homes in East Nashville and have some rentals. One of my good friends is all things real estate

Land. Larger tracts. I don’t really have to time and energy to devote to flipping. There is a niche market for 5 acre micro farms. A lot of old Nashville folk are wanting out. I like to find 10 to 20 acres tracts that I can put a 3 to 4 houses on, before the baby, we’d build, live 2 years (avoid capitals) and build across the property and just keep rolling over equity. Now, I’m looking for farmland.

The crypto boys have been taking it on the chin more than anyone it seems. I don’t really understand it. They seem to be the “CrossFit guys” of the investment world.
