Maybe nobody really wants to travel to those places. War torn in the ME right now, India is, well, India. There are places there so nasty Coronavirus couldn’t survive. I’ll never go to Russia, no desire. I know a lot of others in the same boat. Can’t trusy Putin to not kill you, poison you or incarcerate you for some inexplicable made up crime.

Never said it would be a good thing. Just said it would be "rich"--i.e., ironic, if the guy who mocked public concern about the virus by wearing a gasmask passed the virus on to a president who has called it all a hoax.

I'd wager he's gonna go in full lockdown mode now. No more handshakes, fewer trips, more Tweets. Plus some other really stupid stuff I can't even imagine... he's on it.

For it to be ironic, Trump would’ve actually had to refer to the virus as a hoax... which he clearly did not do.

I swear. I don’t even like the guy, but the partisan attacks are just dumb and that one was not a good look.

Trump is an idiot that keeps making stupid comments. Stupid comments do not mean he's to blame for the spread. We've routinely seen that our government, no matter who was President, is ill-equipped to handle situations like this. Politicizing a virus is beyond ignorant. Trump hate isn't going to solve the problem. Some of you need to stop being little bitches.

This is what happens when the media overhypes something....China dealt with it first...it's seeing fewer cases every day....2nd was South Korea..it maxed out and is in decline... Percentage of mild vs critical down again to 87/13 warmer weather on the way in Northern Hemisphere where almost all the cases are...it will peak soon and start to decline in April like the flu does every year

I think India is a warmer climate which is why I asked about the lack of cases there

Yea we only hope it does but no guarantee it does we are in uncharted waters with this.
