I want to live in the reality where the US has implemented some phantom, amazing containment strategy that has basically eliminated the spread and Italy failed to do that.

So, hoping you are right. Would be best for everybody. But until that becomes clear with facts and not assumptions, wash your hands, limit close quarter exposure to others and if you get sick, quartine yourself.

The original person infected had what they call strain one. The majority of folks in Washington are ill from strain two. It appears as though the number infected with strain two doubles every 6 days. Which is similar to both the situation in China and Italy.

Don’t thank me. I’m ashamed to admit the reason I have them is in early Feb my biz partner and I decided to acquire large amounts of them to sell to China.

And we did sell a lot. Did $20k in sales the first day we had them. But then things started going sideways here and we held on to them and now decided to donate.

Certainly has nothing to do with Ebay. I can assure you I can sell these with a snap of my fingers for 10x profit in lots of places. Even the US government is buying them right now at 2x retail.

If you are intelligent enough to understand the gravity of what we face, then you should feel a civic duty to prepare and educate others because it can literally save lives. You politicizing it will do the opposite.

Your average person isn’t very smart. Saying things like “the president is lying” is just going to make his supporters get defensive and think it’s all a hoax. Their brains have a hard time separating the two things.
