I tried one of Hardee's Beyond Burgers. I got two of them to go. I noticed this smell on the way home. It smelled like someone burnt something. When I got them home, the wife and I sat down to eat. I did not tell her it was not beef. I wanted to do a test of my own. When I unwrapped the burger and inspected it I was surprised. It looked like beef. It didn't smell like beef. I could now tell what the burnt smell was. It smelled like burnt veggies, which makes sense. After all, it is chargrilled. When my wife finished her burger, I asked her if she liked it. She said it was good. I asked if she noticed anything different. She said it tasted fine but it sort of smelled burnt. She could not believe it wasn't beef. I don't think the thing is any healthier than a regular burger. I worry a little bit about what they do to the veggies to make them taste like beef. JMHO

Fawk that crap 524. I looked at the cals in an impossible whopper and it has maybe 25 less than a regular whopper.
