Yep. Worst you had to worry about was showing up in the Daily Beacon arrest log(or whatever it was called) which I did once. It was just a misunderstanding.

Every day I’m thankful that some of the things I did in college (which weren’t that bad) weren’t caught on camera. Drinking, etc.

It would definitely prevent me from running for any sort of public office.

Public intoxication and domestic assault... If I’m Pruitt I ask him to tell me straight up if this is true or not. If it’s true then he’s gone. We need guys that are dedicated to winning and this does not help us win. Have to make an example out of someone and we want guys that aren’t going to compromise our mission.

Here's a thought, how about the staff get all of the facts and proceed accordingly. Lord knows no one on volnation has ever made a mistake.

You can make mistakes but you have to have consequences. If he did do this then he needs to be kicked off the team. He can still have his academic scholarship and continue towards his degree but if I were a coach he wouldn’t be on my team doing stuff like that. Public intoxication I can get over. That’s one of those kids being kids things. But physically assaulting someone shows your true character and that’s not something I would stand for.

I would hope he could be truthful with his head coach and he may still have a chance of being on the team depending on what the legal process does. But if he lies to Pruitt’s face then it’s a moot point. He would be gone anyways after losing trust.
