I just hope all this hysteria that has been generated by the media, CDC, etc doesn’t affect me getting my groceries. Planning on a steak this weekend.

5. No one is wrong to be concerned about it. Like all viruses it will mutate. Maybe it becomes more benign and not much worse than a cold. Maybe it becomes more deadly and more highly contagious.

Who knows?

I can tell you one thing: Trump doesn't.

The preamble provides the very basis for the Constitution. It carefully lays out exactly why the Constitution was created in the first place. The laws stand of the very principles given in the preamble.

Thanks for the link....here are the very first two sentences.

The preamble sets the stage for the Constitution (Archives.gov). It clearly communicates the intentions of the framers and the purpose of the document.

All correct yet none of that is codified law. So you still have nothing to refute the fact that the BOR trumps the preamble.
