When I started doing the watching my calorie intake I still wanted things like burgers and hotdogs. So now when we fix them at home I don't have them with buns and everything else I had topped them with.

I love the armour chilli with hot dogs. I don't eat the hot dog as much as a chilli bun. For some reason they give me heartburn worse than anything.
