Our regular insurance gives up to $200 on a prepaid Visa for certain things like flu shot, physical, etc. Each person covered gets $50 for each question. I have a supplemental accident/cancer policy that pays$75 for a physical. We always use that stuff for vacation spending money. The accident is helpful if you get hurt. When I broke my finger a few years ago I got $1,600 from it.Just had my yearly biometric screening, WF deposits $$ into our hsa account if we have one done. Time to eat breakfast!

We get something like $800-1000 (each), into our HSA account each year for doing different things. I've just completed my events - biometric screening, yearly events, and completing weekly challenges. There are other things you can choose from, but the weekly challenge one is so dumb, you have to participate in three different things and check in 4 times weekly - so I chose eating more at home, eating healthier, and getting 5000 steps (I get more than that each day), but it's so funny that you will get money just for simply logging in and saying yep, I ate "healthy" today. It's easy stuff to complete though so that we have a nice amount in our account if anything happens or heck just need it for anything (yearly eye appt, etc.)
My employer incentivizes the bronze and silver options by offering $2000 or $1000 match into HSAs. These amounts are in 4 payments, weighted towards the end of the year (April, July, November, December). I'm putting the max into my HSA every year (net the employer match). Of course, last year, we spent more than the max contribution...
