Rocker went to USC for a year or two, because Muschamp and his staff will be cleared out after he goes sub 500 again.

Makes the most sense as of right now. Rocker is a good coach but we need a better DL recruiter. Defensive coaching is in good hands regardless.

Doubtful, a new HC coming in isn't going to want a DL coach that's new to the program with no ties to the school OR desire to recruit. Who knows...I'm surprised Rocker didn't just retire or take an off the field so he could punch a clock and have more time to see his son in the MLB.

Rocker loss unexpected as he had just agreed weeks back to stay in a role and while the player development side is a big loss we can upgrade massively on the recruitment side as he was not good and big time wild card.

The Drew loss is for sure a role that can be easily replaced but again he was a great judge of talent so will be critical to find someone who JP trusts in that role that can evaluate like DH was.

Not gonna pretend it makes no difference because idk.
But the definition of his job title is identical to what we pay services for.
So if they go above and beyond (hm, hmm, lance) it's big. But if they just fill the definition, meh.

Don't understand why Drew Hughes would leave. But tbh, had never heard of him until yesterday. I get Rocker leaving when he's being demoted. Rump also isn't a great recruiter so we can upgrade recruiting

Drew and Muschamp are very close...friendships sometimes outweigh street smarts
