Some say the sweetener, I think sucrose, causes an insulin reaction.
If there is any, I imagine it is tiny. I seem to recall that there was no response to can’t say for sure.

Ultimately, carbs or protein both cause a spike in insulin but it is relative to the glycemic load and the amount consumed. Fat reduces the insulin response.

My opinion is it of minimal concern

The talk of mostert for whatever reason made me think of John Kelly.

Really surprised he hasn’t done anything in the league yet. I know gurley and all but still

There's a guy on YouTube that talks a big game. He's big on keto. He has a video on the artificial sweeteners and there are several that he says you should avoid. I'm not really doing keto just trying to limit my carbs. He claims some will take you out of ketosis.

Keto police is why I failed at the diet. Every time I turned around someone was telling me something I was doing wrong
