I know a number of gay guys, I know one open lesbian. Not much experience with them. The one lesbian bar i have been to was a weird experience. Tons of women, many hot. And none of them even the slightest interested in me. I am used to that on a specifically LouderVol level, but not on a general guy level.

Part of it is and part of it isn't. I went to training classes last year where people actually said they felt it necessary to announce their gender to the work group. WTF? Why? Once you present your gender as "who you are", then HR is required to address the issue. I don't walk in and introduce myself as a hetro white male. I just walk in and try my best to integrate myself into the group and be productive. If your productivity is being affected by your personal issues, that's on you (metaphorically speaking.....not at you) and not the company. If you can't be a person first and the bedroom second, then that is a personal problem and it has an adverse effect on everyone around you. I'm tired of it. I wish we could just all work from home and have meetings over the damn phone. Identity politics, politics in general and religion need to stay the **** out of the workplace. If you are discriminated against and have a case, then fry the bishes. Otherwise STFU and do your job.

I think you have misunderstood the feminine hygiene product hullaballoo if you are talking about Always removing the female symbol from its packaging. Trans males can get periods and thus need the product. They don't like being referred to as female. Always heard their request and removed the symbol.

Sounds to me like your bronze age basis for disapproval has obfuscated the reality that what other people do behind closed doors has zero impact on your life.
