Not an insider by any means. Just sharing info from a friend/ex co worker who lives, ref's and has known this family for ages and works with the Godfather too in Houston since everyone is interested including me how this recruitment goes. He told me couple of weeks ago that the family is pushing him as far away from Texas as possible and both Texas AM and Texas were out and it was down to LSU/Vols. For what it's worth, my friend hasn't even heard of any Ole Miss talk with the family he has spoken to so like I said if he decides Ole Miss then nothing makes sense and the family flat out did a Jay Hardy on my friend and lied!

The way Austin has been talking, I’m guessing he has been sitting on that article for a couple of days. Wish we would go after Bo Davis and leave Neids on TEs to strengthen our recruiting

I would imagine he will fill the final spot with a very strong recruiter. Graham is a solid coach and decent recruiter but also a VFL who can speak about how it use to be. Now fill the last spot with a bulldog recruiter and call it a successful offseason. Still suspect there may be more changes to come.

I am wondering if us not having a RB coach right now hurts us? I am sure Pruitt has told Evans who he plans on getting. But what happens if that doesn’t pan out?

I really hope Jay comes home. He was one of my favorite TN RBs and I think he is a good coach. He has good ties to the Carolinas.
