2020 Presidential Race

And Trump is the best candidate to represent the policies and priorities of the right?
Put your best candidate up for election.
If Trump is the best you have, God help us.
I’m not a Trump voter. Don’t ever plan to vote for him.
What’s your excuse?

Good thing we’re not a complete democracy I guess. I bet he’s changed his mind though, like Barry and gay marriage.
Yep, President Obama did change his mind on gay marriage. I wasn't really trying to take a dig at Trump; maybe he changed his mind about the electoral college. I've just never seen his reasoning on making that shift. That's all I was asking.

I’d say it’s probably partly because he won and mostly because it makes sense.

Why are you folks all hung up on what politicians say? Words are cheap. Real f***ing cheap, especially from politicians.
If this is the case then you can never utter a complaint again when a liberal politician says something. If it doesn't matter what Trump has said, then it doesn't matter what liberals have said either.
Just to be fair and objective.

Excuse for what?
Admitting defeat. You want to place the responsibility for Trump’s Election Day 2020 loss on republican voters without placing any expectations on democrats and their voters. It’s up to you and your party to put forth a palatable alternative.

If democrats can get a majority of the popular vote, they should be able to capture an electoral majority. If not, it’s going to be four more years of being triggered by the worst human ever to hold the office.

I'm curious what rational is used to explain this one away? It seems to get ignored when brought up on here..
What is there to rationalize? The EC is part of the Constitution. Doesn't matter who argues against it or disagrees with it. Unless a Constitutional amendment is passed, it will continue to be law.

Just wondering why Trump changed his opinion on it. No one addresses it, including him.
