You asked if it was good for you. Is it? That's made in Illinois, America. Is that where your Greek guy gets his? Compare those numbers to 3 oz. of beef, chicken, pork.

I didn't see the recipe for a Greek omelet in that link. Usually it just has spinach, feta and black olives.
It's made in America but it's supposed to be authentic. I would imagine it would be hard to order from over seas. And I said I found a recipe while in the Google portal. And 16 G of protein and 270 Cal don't sound bad Chef Behr.
