I have some friends that will go to see any president that comes to their area. Whether it's a rally, or a speaking event, or ground breaking or whatever. They have seen every president close enough to shake hands. Not that they have.

For some people it's just fun to go to these events. Just the atmosphere can be addicting. Positive energy focused on one thing can be nice.

For others it's probably the highlight of their month if in a smaller town. You have to remember a lot of Trump support is rural so they dont have a night life or other distractions.

And then you have the weirdos like Zepp who actually want to contribute to a politician in some fashion.

Then you through in cult following stuff and yadda yadda. It's not a crazy thought.

Really just knowing there are people like you that has the ideals that your party does. Open borders, legalizing abortion before and after birth, repeal of the 2nd Ammendment, wanting to make our country a Socialist country, openly supporting terrorists, etc.. etc...

Obummer said he wanted to fundamentally transform America and in those 8 years he nearly destroyed the United States and Hillary would have been the nail in the coffin.

That scared the hell out of all of us Freedom loving, Patriotic Americans who didn't think our country could fall so easily fortunately Donald Trump came along to put a stop to it!

I've read MSNBC is already planning for President Trump getting reelected and they will change their lineup possibly getting rid of hosts like Chris Matthews,Chuck Todd and Lawrence O'Donnell. It's also being said that MSNBC is going to hire Sheppard Smith probably by mid 2020.

I reposted his first paragraph since that was what led to of my response.
I do not support open borders.
There is no such thing as abortion after birth, so how could I or anyone support it.
I am not for the repeal of the 2nd Ammendment, never have been, just its reasonable and rational interpretation.
Our country already is partially socialist. It will never be fully socialist. I think it will and should be a little more socialist than it
currently is.
I do not openly or privately support terrorists. That may be the stupidest accusation of all.

Violent crime hit two-decade high the following year

As Mayor Pete Buttigieg contended with skyrocketing crime rates in South Bend, Ind., the city's police department trained officers to combat "sizeism" and "languageism," according to newly revealed documents.

South Bend's police department instituted a series of diversity and anti-discrimination training sessions in 2017. The training sessions took place as violent crime surged in the city, reaching the highest level in 20 years in 2018. The training extended far beyond the immediate issues facing the city and instead lectured cops on policing their own language to be sensitive to "isms."

The training slides for one of the sessions contained a list of nefarious "isms" that allegedly perpetuate prejudice and power dynamics. The denounced "isms" include familiar issues such as racism and sexism along with such topics as "sizeism," "languageism," and "materialism."

The slides for one of the sessions urged officers to avoid the use of "ableist" terms, such as "hearing-impaired."

"HEARING-IMPAIRED: an inappropriate term commonly used by hearing individuals referring to those who are Deaf," one slide read. "Considered offensive; implying that their hearing is broken, and needs to be fixed."
