Many have been investigated to death and they have always come up with zilch.

From my perspective, she had pneumonia half way through. You don't cough up large green mucus chunks and call it a non issue. Her previous fall and that pesky subdural hematoma affected her eye sight and gave her seizures. I know how all that goes.
She was not healthy.
