It confirms a portion of the testimony of former Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch's testimony before the House Oversight Committee. Under directions from Rudy Giuliani, she was being closely monitored both in and away from her job capacity.

None of her superiors in the state department have said anything at all resembling this. Her credentials have been praised, as has her experience and integrity. This is a ridiculous fantasy based on nothing but the wishful thinking of the right. She was the United States Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan under George W. Bush from 2005-2008. The attempts by the right to portray her as a partisan, motivated by political animus, are not supported by anything in her history or anything of substance which is currently on the record.
