As a life long Bengals' fan, feels no matter what we do it just won't work.

We draft Burrow, he plays great, will get hurt, and that will be that. Or, he already peaked and will be average. We don't draft him he's the next Brady.

I would love to have Miami's 2 first rounders, and make a trade with AJ Green included in the trade, and then maybe, he'll have a chance at winning before his career is over and he will help Burrow. If not, he gets to live in Miami.

We need DEFENSE, and line play in AFC North, and we need to probably keep red rifle and pay him middle of the road money, and have a QB that just doesn't lose games. Spread the money out.

Burrow might be the next "one", but, probably not in Cinci, hope I'm wrong.

The only thing I can figure is until new ownership, we are cursed because of not hiring Bill Walsh and ending Bo Jackson's career.

Second guy he handed money to is a Junior with less than 10 catches (according to comments in this Tweet so you know probably not accurate)
well, then there's just the blatancy of the act....i mean, it's a pretty big middle finger.....should be punished just for general purposes.....

lol.

It is strange how he just got that accurate all of a sudden isn't it? Maybe he just didn't work hard enough before?

I wonder if it's part mechanics and good qb coaching, and part just having confidence in knowing where you're going with the ball. Like, the anti-JG. Burrow was always accurate, but now just lets it rip and so he just looks more accurate, when it reality it's just that he's more confident in where he's going with the ball.

i think yeah, it's a combination of all that.....

Burrow is good.
Brady made a big difference, especially with the WR's.
confidence is contagious.

If a booster stealing from a cancer charity to pay off the father of a starting offensive lineman and the scandals of Will Wade in basketball doesn't get you in trouble, I doubt this will.

Weird how a qb can improve from one year to the next. From reading this board, I know it is impossible for that to happen.

Kinda feel like the Bengals need to put some money into the big boys upfront. They've chased skill positions fixes and have 2 QBs on roster that are both potential starters still in their prime. Dalton is just 32 & Finley only 25. Ya got Mixon at RB too...seems like if the LOS was better that team would be winning.

Isn't it strange how the light comes on for different players at different times? Some peak their sophomore year of high school, some after 5 years in the NFL. It's all mental, it's just whenever the mind and body for whatever reason get on the same page.

@Sleegro I f'ed up my alerts. I knew I would. I had like 400. Not trying again. Good luck on your quest.

@bignewt @Sleegro and myself with all the notifications.....

So...you arguing RESUME...not actual TEAM..
😂😂😂what? The team is the one that put together the impressive resume.

LSU best 5 teams that finished top 10 in the AP poll by an average margin of 20 points. Beat 7 top 25 teams overall. This is the best team of all time. 95 Nebraska is the only one that comes close

LSU 20 is absolutely the best offense CFB has ever seen, but Nebraska 95 is the best TEAM ever. LSU 20's defense wasn't that special.
The old heads dont want to accept it, but comparable great 90's teams would likely be crushed by teams from today. Everyone is bigger, stronger, faster than before coupled with analytics and technology.

From the Athletic's Preseason top 25 for next year:

19. Tennessee (8-5)
The Vols ended the season on a six-game winning streak, with their young defense finishing in the top 25 nationally in yards per play. The entire D-line, freshman LB Henry To’o To’o and CB Bryce Thompson lead a host of returning starters. We’ll see if the never-ending QB derby between Jarrett Guarantano and Brian Maurer finally resolves itself. The offensive line could improve considerably with G Trey Smith returning.

XV-Nulla.
