I wouldn't agree with his assertion that all are good things but America's hobbling it's own economy in many of these programs when the big polluters it there do not makes little sense. Many of those policies were strictly "feel good" and "look good on paper" that do next to nothing for the environment. Not all mind you but many.

Most of the measures are just money grabs. They dont actually make any changes but just require paperwork on existing laws. And if you arent up on your paperwork you get fined, I am sure Hog can attest.

My firm just ran into an issue on a small federal job we have where the government required standard is worse than industry standard. We had to mark down one building we reviewed because it didnt meet standard X. But it was because it met standard Z which was several steps beyond the required X. The building/project will probably lose some funding because of it. Before people blame Trump this was a standard still in place from Obama.

Maybe not but the reality is everyone that's a sitting Senator running for President it will harm. Unless it gets dismissed as soon as it gets to the Senate it will definitely be going on Feb 3 during the Iowa caucuses.

Overall it may help Trump in the general, which would definitely come under the heading of Unintended Consequences.

IF Cory was smart like he thinks he is he'd have already known nobody wants that slimy slug to be President.
He can go back to his seat in the Senate now and continue to lob hateful insults at the POTUS all day long & keep doing nothing as usual like the rest of the Dims that are there.

So much for that diversity tent Luther was talking about the other day that some voters wouldn’t be able to fit under . It’s looking more and more like an old wooden lean-to. When Yang and Tulsi drop out it’s going to be 99% old , white, privileged , millionaire politicians trying to convince the poor, downtrodden , minorities to vote for them . Irony is ironic .
