Exactly. Imagine thinking Greg McElroy was a better QB than Peyton because he won a national title at bama

Don't do "the goat" discussion because of how important team and circumstances are.

I do try to compare the difficulty/accuracy of passes. And I do think Brady is one of the absolute greats, wanna be clear.
But he's just never hit #1 on my list using that criteria. Very high on FB IQ though.

FB is arguably the most TEAM dependent sport in existence. I was a little surprised to see anyone list "success" as a main factor.

I mean, I'm not putting Jalen Hurts over Manning because he was the one with the championship /success, would you? Tee better than Burrow if LSU loses?
And soccer!

Based on what for both of them? because Rodgers can throw a little better on the run? Or because brees can check down 15 times a game and let some one like kamara do 98% of the work.

Neither one of those guys have had half the success that Brady has had with far better offensive setups recently especially Brees. There isn’t a QB in the league that has a better set up than Brees right now.

I really don’t understand the fascination people have with Rodgers. If he’s this superhuman like talent that everyone claims he is then they would’ve won more games especially big ones.

Rodgers is the NFL's all-time regular season career passer rating leader and is one of two quarterbacks to have a regular season career passer rating over 100. He also has the best touchdown-to-interception ratio in NFL history and has the lowest career interception percentage at 1.5%. He has a SB ring and was named the MVP.

I don't like the Packers, but I think credit should be given where it's due. Aaron Rogers is an outstanding QB.

👀 Derrick Henry’s high school stats. Interesting fact is his team his senior year lost 4 games and he was averaging 327.8 Yds/game.

The game log is hilarious

Dude averaged almost 20 yards per carry in one of his games.

Really wonder who the hell Yulee played in that second to last game that held him to 189, 4.4 yards per carry and 1 TD. Maybe he was hurt.

I’m not saying he’s ass or anything. He’s just not in the discussion with all time greats like manning, Brady, or Montana. He could be if he could wins another ring or two. Is he more talented than one or even all three of them? Probably. But there’s way more than talent that goes into being in these discussions. I look at Rodgers like Shaq in a way. Physically you could make the argument they are the two most unstoppable players of their time but their success hasn’t quite match their talent level like it should’ve.

Brady has a better team than both those guys. But also, Brady has been the king of “checking down” his entire career.

You really need to examine those teams rosters the last few years lol. The patriots pass catchers are the worst in the league. Lol also, New England hasn’t drafted a pro bowler since 2013 lol. New Orleans has had probably the best roster in the nfl the last two years with absolutely nothing to show for it. Not even a nfc title game appearance.

It’s funny, every time there is a QB GOAT conversation, I never hear anyone argue for Terry Bradshaw being a GOAT.

Didn’t he basically suck for a good portion of his career? I seem to remember seeing a show about his career, maybe one of the NFL Networks America’s Game episodes, and they talked about how bad he was and the fans hated him and for years suggested he had a learning disability or something, which he took quite personally.
