They literally hired a yes man.

“Stefanski presented a detailed vision of how he will approach the head coaching job. He made it clear he was willing to yield to certain DePodesta standards, such as an analytics person with a head set and access to the coaching staff on game days, in addition to certain Haslam likes, such as hours-long, Monday-after, owner-coach meetings.”
Why or how did our massive ridiculously loyal fanbase gets saddled with arrogant buffoons like the cosmically stupid Haslems as boosters?

Good grief. Might be the worst owner in the league.

What’s even more crazy about the NFL searches....

The two best coordinators in the NFL this year didn’t get hired and I’m not even sure either got an official interview.

Robert Salah - SF Dcoord
Greg Roman - Balt Ocoord

I wonder if this is because Freddie Kitchens was a clown show with no plan or if this is Haslam being Haslam
I think it’s More Haslam but kitchens thing probably made haslam want to go polar opposite. What’s funny is they went all in on analytics guys a few years ago, fired them - hired kitchens - now brought them back lol.

Arthur Smith is looking great as well given that this is his first year calling plays.

Roman would have been my choice. I thought the Titans should have hired him couple of years ago.

Chandler and gray is easily good enough. We need LBs.

Gotta think Banks or Crouch gonna win that spot next to Henry T. As a 6’2” 225 track athlete, Whitehead has the potential to bring the thunder with Gray’s lightening. We don’t have that kind of RB on the roster outside of Whitehead.

Wouldn’t you rather have that at LB so he could actually cover someone and rush the passer? RBs are the least important position on the field.

Cleveland fans have lived in hell since they ran off with their team and took them to the Ravens. Now, they have to deal with this crap. It would be like if we got Schiano as our coach-- there is only so much you can take.

Does Tim Jordan enter the transfer portal?
Think he would be smart to stay. IMO he will still be in top 3 and could get many carries if either Gray or Chandler get injured. If he transfers, it will be tough to find a better place.

I think CFA will be a grad transfer because he won't see the field except for ST if he stays.
