Georgia had to insist on a lawsuit, otherwise the suspicion of inappropriate student athlete assistance might be suspected in any settlement. Of course this is how it was postured before Case made his announcement.

I am currently at 1,702....it took me a few weeks. But hey, I am out here living a reckless lifestyle! I stopped checking voicemails on my phone too. That is how dedicated I am to this life.

I don't think I've checked a phone vm in a decade. I currently have 43,182 unread emails on my personal account. And there is at least one picture in every room of my house hanging a little crooked.

According to the article posted in the Mays thread with quotes from the Lawyer, that lawsuit isn't the main grounds for the waiver. The lawyer said he's never seen a case like this and implied it should be easily approved. He said georgia leaked the lawsuit info out of spite after Cade informed Kirby he was leaving. I guess they leaked it to make it seem like that was the reason because the real reason was worse. At least that is how I interpreted his quotes. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Maybe nothing since the kid is originally from Alabama but first item on my twitter feed was a tweet from Errol Thompson ILB at Miss St talking about having surgery in morning. I don’t follow him so was wondering who the f that was. It said at top that Jeremy Pruitt follows him. I looked and noticed Myra miles follows him and that he follows Ansley. The miles follow makes me think they have been following him for awhile and it’s just coincidence.... sure would be nice if he decided to transfer due to coaching change. We could use a guy like him to plug in next to Henry
