It's a huge contract but he's probably gonna live up to it. If you wanna talk about pure stupid look at Gruden's contract.
What evidence is there that that dude is gonna be worth that kind of money? If he doesn't at least go to a SB then he is an all-time epic failure.

It is a stoooopid contract for an first time NFL coach...he better get Jimmy Johnson results.

There's never evidence before it happens. Just stating my opinion that I believe he will be a really good coach and be worth the money. If he finishes his 7 year contract with 5 to 7 deep playoff runs but never makes the super bowl would you call him an all time epic failure? I bet they would give him a raise and an extension. What evidence is there that he won't be a success?

For that kind of money?...he would absolutely be a failure.

@revjayp

What forex pairs are you trading right now?I'm looking for exposure to JPY given the recent turn of events in the middle east. Thoughts?

I’m heavy on XAU/USD... actually, all metals could be on the rise with the tension in the Middle East. Along with USoil. Silver trades at $15/pip. 😲🔥
UJ is one of my favorite pairs though. I need to go look at it more in the morning.

You don’t have to win a Super Bowl to be a success imo. I wouldn’t call Andy Reid a failure as a coach in Philly or KC.

Just like if Pruitt never wins a title here but we’ve won a few sec and a couple playoff appearances i def would consider it a success.

Assistant to the regional manager actually

There are a bunch of coaches that make more and the contracts will only get bigger. Will probably see a bunch get bigger deals within 2 years. Not like it affects the salary cap. I don't really care though. I hope he fails because I'm a bucs fan. But I've liked him as a coach since he was at temple and what he did at Baylor was really impressive with what he walked into. I think he will end up being a great nfl coach for a long time. I'll bump this post in 7 years and see if you change yer mind.😉

Already on XAU and XAG ETFs 👍
Im long USO call options as well, very interested to see what market open is tomorrow. Equities futures markets are exhibiting really strange behavior at the moment. Looks like a bull trap for sure when the Asian markets are all down. PPT and repo market manipulating futures big time. Super curious to see how metals and oil react tomorrow. Just based on spot prices, you'd expect gaps up, then follow through price action.
