not sure how i feel about Rhule at the Panthers. feels like we just went after a hot name.

anybody got anything that should make me feel better about this guy?

The only NFL experience he has was with the NY Giants as the Offensive Line coach the year they won the Super Bowl. He kept Manning upright most of the year. or at least long enough to toss a few passes to his own guys.

Of course any position coach would want to upgrade and get a promotion and I'm all for it... but anyone that thinks Kiffin is gonna let Tee or anyone else have free reign calling plays as an OC is an idiot... that is why it would be crazy for him to go there, but it looks like he is staying. If he wanted to go somewhere else and be a legit OC, then good for him and wish him luck... Ole Miss.... NAWW...

yet they're going to wind up with a top 2 class and likely still be favored to win the East and play for another conf title. if they beat FL and/or Auburn next year, they probably will.

they do start SEC play @ Bama on Sept 19. that'll be interesting.
