Agree on the defense. Rebuilding the secondary and the pass rush.

Smith and Waddle will be as good a 1-2 punch as any in the country no doubt, but it all depends who plays QB.

Is it a good assumption that Pruitt will have the coaching staff changes done before the recruiting dead period lifts later this month or will you go until after the 2nd signing day before all the changes are complete?

I would love for Trey to come back, but saying that I kinda feel selfish. I wish him the best (we all do)whatever he chooses. Hopefully they can keep his condition under control. I refer to these players as kids sometimes but not Trey he’s a MAN among boys out there. If he leaves I’ll be alright with it and wouldn’t blame him but if he stays and we get some quality QB play. Look out!!!

I can't help but wonder if Trey is returning to finish his degree. Maybe with his medical condition he's not planning a future NFL career? I have no inside information, this is just supposition.

SIAP...Marvin Lewis. Both were interviewed while Garrett was chained to the doors of the Ford Center.

I personally think he’ll go pro, if he doesn’t have his degree already then I can respect that. If he’s got going pro on his mind and he comes back I hope we hear nothing about his condition

I just wonder if maybe he's planning around having either a relatively short or no pro career? We honestly don't know how severe his illness is, and how doctors think it will progress with time. I would love to see him have a successful pro career. I'm just wondering if there's more to this than we know.

Virtually every contract a player signs with the NFL has stipulations in finishing their degree if they haven’t yet on the teams dime. It’s almost like a token of good measure.

Very Similar..it also helps they have decent rebounders on any misses which faulky is really good at.Bruce is nothing but fast paced up tempo offense that lives and dies by the 3 if Barnes does adjust his offense I don’t think it would be as heavy shooting as Bruce’s offense shoots,but similar

Wait hold on a minute so you guys are saying it would be absurd for an insurance company to cover his pre-existing condition but expect an NFL team to draft him and pay millions in guarenteed money?
