Sure. He’s a great QB. But I think it’s dumb to call someone the goat cause he has Super Bowl rings. He wouldn’t have those rings if he didn’t play for the Patriots, at least not as many if any at all. Is he any less of a player if he plays for the browns and wins no super bowls?

Yep still great. But take away the supporting cast and the rings go away, along with several records and *some* of the shine.
People really do underestimate what situations like his, do for you.

Throw the exact same to Clemson one year, KY the next. People wouldn't say so but their opinion of how great he was, would change, at least some.
I don't like these debates as a result. Brady, or anyone, may be the goat..or they may be 3rd or 4th. But their situations and resulting stats sway opinions, whether people admit it or even realize it.

Vrabel belichick'd Belichick

The best part was when Tennessee was milking the clock with penalties and Belichick was blowing a blood vessel screaming to the refs and saying “that’s f***ing b***s***!” when it was just a few weeks ago that in responding to the video allegations he said that they would always pursue every advantage within the confines of the rules.
