So why do you let almost 2 minutes go by not fouling or even giving the appearance of trying to get back in the game and then with under a minute start fouling when there in zero chance of pulling it out ?

There is nobody out there to make a play or post anybody up so eventually the shot clock runs out or you turn it over.
