I’m sure Butch won’t find real employment until the day after the UT checks stop coming in the mail. He’s a pathetic person.

Going to Alabama as an intern, (not coordinator or even position coach) for practically no pay, following Saban around so he can get his face on camera has not helped the joke he's become. I've never seen anyone so poorly mismanage their career as badly as he has.

I think he had to take an intern type job to mitigate his buyout. I believe he wanted flexibility because one of his sons was finishing high school. It seemed to be more about family at that time because of the number of moves/jobs he had. At one time, it was stated that he wanted to volunteer at Catholic, but that wouldn't satisfy his mitigation clause.

He can wait on what he wants because money isn't an issue.

It’s not aimed at any of our players. It goes to the argument of development vs recruiting.

They are both important. But you especially cannot do it with development alone.
