Why do you try so hard to convince everyone you're unbiased? You are clearly biased and fall all over yourself to run everything orange down.

Grant was even more than a good basketball player. He was a leader. We have no leaders on this team.

We are guard heavy but our guards can't take anyone off the dribble. Even James. One point today where he had an open lane to the basket with one guy standing under the goal and he chose to drive and pass when he very easily could have slammed it. Add to guards that can't drive the ball our guards are poor shooters. We've got a ton of tweeners that can't play with their backs to the basket. Sorry but there's not a 5 anywhere near the team. Usually an athletic guard oriented team can get transition baskets but we don't seem to want to push the ball. So in summary we have....

No outside game
No dribble drive game
No transition game
No inside game
No beef on the inside to get offensive rebounds

I doubt we're more than a 50% win team this year at best. We're gonna lose a lot this year and sometimes in embarrassing fashion.

I think Barnes had more to work with his first year here.

Your last sentence I debated in the B.B. forum. Punter, Hubbs, Moore, and Balkman were our top 4 players. He had to fix Punter’s shot, and I admit he ended up very good. But Hubbs was an injured 5 star that he put in the post. Moore stuffed a box score, and Balkman was just a serviceable juco. Barnes beat UK at home, and won 15 games after losing Punter the last few weeks. I think there is more on this team, but they are struggling on offense.

Turner was a liability as well. Did Bowden and Turner take the summer off?
