The Mandalorian

Baby Yoda did a force choke though which is dark side.....can’t be just a coincidence.

Don’t think he is bad but something is up.

I think it's more of a young not knowing good from bad thing. He just thought he was helping his pal

Choking somebody with the Force isn’t evil into itself. Luke used it on the pig guards when he entered Jabba’s palace.

That's the most bothersome thing for me. It makes no sense.

Han didn’t believe it in ANH. That was generally accepted the force and the Jedi Had been reduced to rumors once the Empire was fully in control.

Although I would think the Mandalorions would have passed on the stories of the war with Jedi.

IDK... I can role with it.

The entire season of the Mandolorian is more watchable than the last 2 Star Wars movies

I wish I had all of yalls passion for this show. It was ok, it felt like a pilot season which it essentially was.

Next season they need to spend more time developing characters, make episodes an hour long, not do them in a “tell a new story every episode” manner, etc.

And no I don’t agree that the Mandalorian was anywhere close to Rise of Skywalker, that’s ludacris.

I’ve loved the show. It feels like the OT and Rogue One. I know a lot rag on Disney, but If they can put out this and RO, then they can put out some good stuff. I would like longer episodes, but I’ll take quality over quantity. Does make it easy to binge watch and feel like a long movie.

First season was really good and I'm already pumped for S2. I have some super minor quibbles with it but overall, very good and the best Disney Star Wars product other than Rogue One imo.

I actually like the shorter run time. It makes for a nice concise story. Not a single episode did I feel like they needed to expand on the story being told.

I think the deal recognition of jedi is we've had jedi overload from the movies. You can't can't throw a rock without hitting one, but in reality jedi weren't that common. In a galaxy of trillions even at their peak the jedi numbered only in the low thousands high hundreds. That that's less than .0001% of the population. Most of those were concentrated around the core worlds. Lots of people lived whole lives and never saw one. Then you add in they've been "extinct " or in hiding for roughly 30 years. Also if I remember correctly the empire also purged all records of the jedi it could. A whole generation had grown up with out them. That would be like handing a rotary dial phone or manual transmission to a millenial.
