Update on Brother-Inlaw. They don't have all the results back yet but they don't think he had a stroke. After talking to his sorry azz wife, he hadn't ate anything in almost a week because his stomach was hurting. He has sugar issues. His blood sugar was way out of line. He has something wrong with his intestines. I cant start to spell or say what it is. They drained some fluids, gave him 4 IV's and ran a bunch of tests. My wife said when she went in to see him he still looked bad but at least he was able to talk and understood what was going on. They said when he fell he got a concussion. She said his skin looked gray and his eyes were yellow. Thanks for all the prayers.

Co-worker had her husband in the hospital, thought they were going to have to amputate his leg (diabetes) but they only had to take his toe. On his way home, he had a stroke. They rushed him back to the hospital and did brain surgery, and he's doing good, but his blood pressure is now an issue.

Things can change so fast.

Brother-inlaw is getting to come home tonight. It seems this was caused by an interaction with two of his meds. I have begged him for years to get a different primary care physician. He said this intern came in and was making rounds. He sat on the edge of the bed and was looking at Glenn's medical records. He asked Glenn if he was currently taking all these meds. Then he tells Glenn two of them can not be taken together. The side effects can cause all of his current problems. Glenn was not using the same pharmacy for all his meds so the pharmacist had no idea what he was taking. His doctor should have known about the reaction if the med student did. Thank you for the Prayers!

Good news. Umc u might croak was our hospital. Grandfather went in for knee replacement got a pacemaker. Changed to ten nova then vandy bought it. Hoping it becomes a decent hospital

Doctors just want to push pills down someone and build a clientele.
