Merry Christmas Everybody! It's been great being back in my hometown Chattanooga and with my Mom and Dad and family and old friends this Christmas. Wow has Chattanooga grown since I grew up here. I'm shocked to say the least and I need to find time and come home more often. Everybody have a great Christmas and many blessings to everybody and your families and as always Go Vols!

This flu is brutal. It took 2 weeks to get over
Lysol everything at least 3 times a day

I’ve been taking vitamin d supplements the past 8-10 years and haven’t gotten the flu once. Used to get it all the time before that even with getting an early flu shot. Research shows it’s about 4-5 times as effective at preventing the flu compared to the shot and is more effective at treating the flu than tamiflu.
