Is that part of the repair process?

Step 1 cover in grease
Step 2 set on fire.
No that is the part that burnt up something. lol Odd thing is I had cleaned it, cooked two turkeys and then had
a grease fire while heating it up to cook steaks. I should have used the Big Green Egg instead. Factory tech said I probably melted the temperature probe. We will see.

It’s where I’m from. It’s not who I am. VollG is asking what it means. I have no idea why people call each other that. Like “my nooga”. It would seem odd to say to someone “that’s my Knoxville” but that’s how it’s used here. How it started is beyond me. I mostly just ignore it.
Ignoring it is good. (You have used it) Murfreesboro is the Boro and Ooltewah is hootervills. Some are better than others but there is alot of slang words Noogas are the best nooga .

I live in nooga. I’m not a nooga. If anything I’m Knox as I’m from Knoxville.
Whatever. You still haven’t answer VollyG

In Chattanooga Tn we are the Noog and the people that live here are Noogas. And it has stuck here in the zone.

I only asked cause I thought it was said to somebody who didn't live in Chattanooga. Can't remember who it was now.
