No doubt, but losing recruiting battles to UK and Maryland is not ideal. I have faith in CJP and staff, but it's okay to be alarmed every once in awhile as well.

LSU and Bama also lost the battle for Jarrett. Bama and UGA also lost the battle for Rogers. I’m not saying it’s great, but we can still keep it in perspective

Don't disagree. Just thinking how they could have helped us in the long run. It always sucks to lose potential impact players. And unlike Bama, LSU, and UGA, we haven't been racking up classes of that caliber.

The most frustrating part of this is that I used wood filler. I wanted to hide the screws and cover up my mistakes. I bought wood filler that said it was stainable. And yet, it wasn’t. So every spot where I covered up the screws stands out, even though I sanded it and sanded it and out multiple coats of stain over them they still remained untouched. I don’t know if I did something wrong or if the box lied about being stainable

When adjoin two pieces of wood together or lay them side by side, especially with big store wood with more moisture content you should alternate the grains so they turn into one another.
For your second point. You don’t have to buy wood filler. Take wood glue and mix saw dust in with it until you have a putty like consistency. Use that instead. Works the same and is made with the wood you got from your base material.

We have to take the momentum of this season’s strong finish through a bowl win and into the 2020 season. That should allow for some good recruiting between now and Fall 2020, but I hope Pruitt isn’t stubborn enough to keep Harrison Bailey behind JG for too long.

If Bailey is who we think he is then he needs to play early to keep that excitement going.

Not to state the obvious, or poopoo this class, but next year, recruiting needs to hit another level. I think there are some good pick ups in this class, some kids that can be coached up and developed, but we really need to hit big next year.

When Bama, LSU and TN are all losing those kids to Maryland and Ky, I have to direct my WTF's towards the kids tho.

Jarrett especially. But I think Stoops did a good job on the trail given where he's at. Still, looking at those other offers... What and odd choice.
