In retrospect, it was a phenomenal class. Crazy thing is that we haven't even gotten to see all of the bluechippers from that class.

It's definitely early, but Pruitt's evaluations and this staff's development of the players seems elite.

Akpo,Lampley and definitely Simmons aren’t able to redshirt two years ago...progress.

It may sound silly to you, but if you’ve ever been around real, hardcore enablers you will hear that kind of talk. If true, DW would need to be careful with that mentality around him.

BUT He said that his mom does not want him to go to Georgia and she won’t sign the paperwork. Said the team is going to Jacksonville on the 28th and that they are flying DW and his whole family down with them. Coach AB also said his mom won’t sign so apparently letter hasn’t been sent. Another interesting note that he mentioned is that he doesn’t think he will play TE in college. Said he will most likely play DE cause he could make bigger money at DE.

Again, all hearsay.

Also, Bruce believes we get Washington AND Hardy. 🤷🏽‍♂️

If that was a problem,I am 100% certain UT would find a place for him and his kid. He is not the first player to have a kid. If his girlfriend is afraid Pruitt will be too hard on him then maybe Tn is not the place for him. Travis Henry had a entire dorm building for his kidssssss lol

Lot to unload here so here it goes:
1. Abernathy is Patrick Abernathy who is in player development on the UT staff.
2. Housing for kids? Come on we will make accommodations. That is no concern for big time recruits.
3. DW baby momma concerned over coaches being too hard on him? Sounds fishy because her meal ticket is that man getting pushed to the next level and being a pro. If he goes to GA as a TE we all know his ceiling becomes way lower.
4. Momma knows best
5. With how much weight he has seemed to add DE might be a good look with his length a la Ed Too Tall Jones. He’s so big and athletically gifted he really has limitless options TE, WR, DE, OT.

I really hope it isn't true. If it is true and got posted before DW signing then this could really piss him and the girlfriend off. That kinda information could only come from someone very close to the situation who they trust.

Ridiculous...there is no major program in the country that couldn't overcome the housing for kids problem.
