You know, at least with the Braves, it sucks have ownership that limits ya payroll wise, but there’s nothing you can do.

How frustrating is it to be a Dodgers fan though? Haven’t won a title in 31 years, make as much money as any team, and your ownership group let’s you spend. Yet your GM refuses to give any sort of big contract to try and get over the top.

Brinson wasn’t an all world defensive center fielder either.

I doubt Pache is going to be a superstar offensive player, but what he will bring defensively in center for the next 7 years is going to be incredibly valuable.

Now Drew Waters? That’s a different story.

Just means that either side can decide to tear up the contract at that point.
