Not what was said. A poster quoted price saying he wouldn't graduate in spring. Which price may or may not be right. And even if so, doesn't mean he couldn't graduate in summer.

Jennings himself has said some dumb crap in the past. I think if Mayes showed up, worked his butt off and made the team better no one would care about that crap from the past.

Yeah I was pissed off after Cade made that video but honestly he’s a kid that was frustrated. Pretty sure most of Cade’s life was envisioning playing for Tennessee. He probably was more frustrated than a lot of our fans. I’m just a big proponent of actions being more important than words.

Jennings said worse things about the school than cade. And actually meant them. So I'd be willing to bet he'd volunteer to take cade under his wing being that he's been through a similar situation.

Price is not the the reference I was talking about. It was a reply to a post I made earlier. I’ll review and get back to you.

A poster stated they spoke directly to Kevin and Cade would not graduate until after next year so I take that as he would not be a graduate transfer if he decided to leave Georgia. It’s in this thread earlier this afternoon between noon and 2:15pm. I do not know if the poster has direct communications with the family but he claimed it.

I kept thinking about this after exchanging some posts last night and getting more info from some on here. Someone stated Cade was an early enrollee, so that being the case, it would be pretty difficult to show up at UGA with more than 3-6 hours of dual enrollment credit, but not impossible. My son is very academically motivated and will be graduating on normal schedule with nine dual enrollment credits. But assuming that's the case for Cade and he had maybe 3-6 hrs of credit, by the end of this school year he would have 5 semesters under his belt (Spring of 18, Fall 18, Spring 19, Fall 19 and Spring 20). IF he attended summer session his first two summers (18'/19'), then he would have approximately 6 semesters under his belt. We don't know how many hours he took each semester 12 - 16/17?) or in summer session (3/6/9/12?) IF he attended. He would be hard pressed to be able to graduate under most scenarios by the end of the 2019/2020 school year, but nothing is impossible. If he does graduate in the spring, that means the kid basically never came up for air to make all this happen.

My daughter had 1 year of dual enrollment complete going into her senior year. He could have also plus you didn't add in summer 2020.

Correct, I didn't. Was under the impression Spring of 2020 was being discussed as the graduation date. So yes, that could be the difference too.

You guys are talking like he has to graduate or he won’t play.. I don’t think it would be out of the realm to say he could be granted immediate eligibility

-moving back to his hometown
-position coach gone
-brother at the school
-family has money; they can lawyer up

He has more of a case than Aubrey Solomon did.

You are much more perceptive than most. He has a very winnable case which is all part of the consideration
