Well crap. I had a grease fire in my pellet smoke tonight. I hope the electronics didnt fry. It threw up an error code. The only thing I have cooked in it since I cleaned it was 2 turkeys. Cant believe they had that much grease in them.

Well, slug ain't the same thang as a snail and if you think about it, its no more gross than eating a damn egg.

Like a firm clam with lots of butter and garlic that compliments it just like clams or oysters, but mostly clams.

Without all the garlic, they taste and have the texture like a mushroom.

They're not slimey at all like you would think. In fact, I'd guarantee if you liked mushrooms and I told you that's what they were, you'd love'um.
