That will go over well with the NCAA. Of all the schools to hire Kiffin, OM shouldn't be the one. I know he's stayed clean but he still has a reputation and that still matters when you inevitably get caught (Pearl was hammered as much for his past as anything he got caught for here).

To be fair...the boosters set all this in motion with zero foresight. Just an all-around lack of vision and leadership by all.

But to use the verbiage of "one time" feels tone deaf. Just call it what it is.

They appear dead set on signing Norvell. Not the fans so much. But the organization. Sounds like all but a done deal.

The fans seen embarrassed to be hiring a G5 coach. They may need @Sleegro to alert them of how close their own conference is to being in the g5.

I guess norvell makes sense after the tweet from the fsu ad asking for large increases in donations so they have a chance to outbid Memphis. 👀

Ole Miss and LK will cheat as well as Ole Miss and Freeze did. This is a very stupid move for them that will end in flames. Arkansas would be a better landing spot for Kiffin. OM's AD is as eager as BAMA's but they're as stupid as your average BAMA fan.

If this goes through, prepare for fireworks.

Things are different now with ESD. We won't know until the last minute on the big fish and then the dominoes fall. Planes are in the air. The staff is playing everything close to the vest. Nothing to do but be patient. That's my take.
