He’s a career .500% coach. If we wanted an average HC and only win 6 or 7 games a year we would have kept Butch. Here at UT we hope to be great and win championships. Rutgers will be happy if they winning 6-8 games every year. 8-4 3 year in a row at Rutgers will get you a raise. 8-4 at Tennessee for multiple years will get you fired!!!
