Yes, Jersey people get 'It', and we all know what 'It' is. Good for them - they can have 'It'. I am glad they got what they want, and they deserve 'It'. I am just glad we didn't get 'It'. Tennessee people didn't want 'It' then, and we don't want 'It' now. 'It' has a rotten stench, and 'It' is going to follow each one of them wherever they go.

“I think reflecting on it, just shows Jersey people are a little sharper,” he said during his introductory press conference Wednesday morning inside the Hale Center in Piscataway, N.J.

How dare us not want to be involved with someone implicated in an organization that enabled child rape for possibly decades. The duplicity of the liberal media when it comes to this sort of issue is almost laughable if it wasn't so disgusting. Our fans took a stand against this and I'm damn proud of it

I'm not sure what he saw that makes him say that Jersey people "get it", but at least he told someone outside the program about it.

We did exactly the right thing not hiring him, regardless of Pruitts ultimate success or failure. Not a cultural fit at all. Even if you took out the Penn State stuff he STILL was not a good fit. Moving on please....
Bingo... I didnt know much about his involvement in the PSU situation. In my mind he just wasnt a good fit for us for that exact same reason as u said. Its just a different culture in the South. Turning around Rutgers is one thing but turning around UT is a totally different animal.
