I remember when Tennessee beat Florida for this kid. Wasn’t happy

More things that point toward Trey staying? We were thin already and it keeps getting thinner.

This is what I was thinking. "What's the reason multiple offensive lineman would be wanting to transfer"? Perhaps they know Trey is coming back, and that, along with Kennedy staying, has made them decide to look elsewhere.

Looks like Pruitt really wants to get to 25 in this class. If my math is correct, 4 more will need to move along? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Transfers will only open up schollys for those without them later. It will allow Pruitt to offer some guys that scholarship but does not affect the 25 number. 25 is 25 for everyone.

If that’s the case we’d only have to fill one spot up front and make nxt season a hell of a lot easier. I could see Trey going wither way but there has to be something to all this transfer.

He would provide great depth, but I can't blame a RS senior for wanting to start during his last year. We'll still have Wanya Morris and Jahmir Johnson on the left side and Darnell Wright and K'Rojhn Calbert on the right. It lets a younger guy get those second and third team reps during camp.

I think CAVPUT is concerned with the need to stay below the 85 total scholarship limit. The Vols only had 9 scholarship seniors running through the T. We'll need some attrition from the scholarship freshmen thru juniors by next Fall to be able to sign 25 and still stay below the 85 total cap.
