Im stating facts. I just showed you we have improved from last year statistically. We need to continue the trend and hope HB is the real deal.

I tend to agree. JG's getting better, but has limited upside. Chaney can continue to improve him like he did Peterman. But he's still going to process what he sees slowly and use poor footwork at times unless a light bulb comes on in the off season. We are still a poor performing offensive team that has plenty of room to improve. If they can move up to around #50-60 next season on O to go with a top 10-20 D - it could be a 9 win season with an upset of one of the top 4 games.

But HB is the one who can help lead them to where we all hope they can go. If the quick reads that he has shown in HS to go with all the throws he already possesses translates as a freshman - look out.

Kiffin would do well at Ole Miss.
I could see Leach at Arkansas and believe he would do pretty well there. Win 7-8 games consistently and every 3-4 yrs win 10 games.

Kiffin has yet to demonstrate he would do well as a head coach anywhere.

I saw where Mark Elder won't be retained at Eastern Kentucky. Perhaps he can come back and assist with special teams at UT.

Take it from a guy who has gone to many college and HS games at all three, has lived/worked in two of the states and traveled/vacationed some in the other, and has good friends in all three - the order is:

FWIW, some of you are probably not aware that the Arky/Ole Miss rivalry runs deep and goes back to when Arky was in the old Southwest Conference. They played in Little Rock and Jackson in alternating years. Arky has just been messing around with doofus coaching hires since Petrino blew himself up. Frank Broyles, Lou Holtz, Houston Nutt, Petrino - they've had some guys that could win and make opponents miserable on Saturday over the decades. If Kiffin could stand the "wooooo, pig, sooey" stuff he would do well there.
